Shopping Guidelines

1) Browse through our selection of products

You can either SHOP BY STYLE or SHOP BY SIZE. Complete product information (e.g. Price/Style/Color/Size) is already stated in the description of each item.

2) Fill up an Order Form

Once you have already chosen your desired item/s, just click the ORDER FORM tab found in the menu, and you will be led to a form to fill out necessary details.

3) Wait for an order confirmation via email/SMS

Kindly wait as we review/process your order form within 24 hours. We'll be emailing/texting you an Invoice of your order's Total Amount together with Payment Instructions.

4) Settle payment within 2 days

Once your order has been confirmed, kindly settle your payment within 2 business days, otherwise your order will be considered CANCELLED.

 

5) Wait for your order to arrive at your doorstep

As soon as payment has been confirmed, we will ship your items to your delivery address. For Metro Manila orders, kindly wait for 1-2 days for your package to arrive; for provincial orders, kindly wait for 2-3 days.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Are all your products on hand?

Yes. All products are on hand unless stated otherwise.

 

But eventhough we update the product listings in the site as much as possible, we cannot gurantee the immediate availability of each item since they are of limited stock and items will be reserved for the first customer to submit an order form. In such circumstance, you will be informed if an item is currently reserved or unavailable.

  • The design that I like is currently out of stock/sold out, will you restock anytime soon?​

For Crochet hats, restocking usually takes a while because they are handmade and take time to produce. I get from my suppliers in bulk because they cannot make small orders. I also try to have them make different designs for every order to ensure the uniqueness of each hat.

 

As for fedoras, bonnets, and sun hats, I try to get different designs everytime, so there is no assurance in restocking.

 

I would suggest that you get it while it's in stock! :) Or better yet, sign up for our newsletter at the upper right hand of this site, to get immediate updates, dibs, and exclusive discounts on our items!

  • Do you customize crochet hats?​

No. We do not customize hats. But we are willing to accept suggestions of designs you'd like for us to have. You may email us at honeybabyonline1@gmail.com

  • Do you attend bazaars or hold discounts and promos?

Yes, we do attend bazaars yearly, as much as possible. Announcements on events will be made here and over at our social media sites.

 

We offer exclusive discounts and promos for Newsletter subscribers. You may easily subscribe here, by just leaving your email at the top right side of this site. 

  • How do I pay? Is there an extra charge for transactions?​

Payment Instructions and extra charges are indicated in your Invoice already once your order form has been received and processed.

 

We only accept bank deposits via BPI (without interbank charge nationwide), BDO and PSBank (may include interbank charge for provincial areas).

  • How much is the shipping fee? Do you have a shipping schedule?

Honeybaby entrusts items through CliqnShip or Fastrack. The buyer shoulders the shipping fee, for a minimum of 50php for Metro Manila deliveries and 80-100php for Provincial deliveries. You will be notified of shipment by receiving an email or SMS of your tracking number.

 

Schedule of shipping items are from Monday-Friday only... Because Mommy Lique wants to take a break on weekends too!

 

Once the courier has your package, Honeybaby will not be held liable for lost, damaged, or delayed items. But we will help you contact the courier regarding any delays or losses should the event happen.

  • Do you do meet ups?or do you have a pick up location?

No. Unfortunately I cannot accommodate meet ups because I am a one-woman-show. Don't worry, our delivery service is fast and affordable. But you CAN choose to make a pick-up (check the pick-up option in the order form) at a condominium at Capitol Hills Drive, Quezon City.

  • Do you have a Return Policy?

Honeybaby guarantees that all items are checked and shipped in good condition. We observe a NO Return, NO Exchange Policy.

 

UNLESS, we shipped the WRONG item to you, only then will we replace it with the correct one. Report a wrong item immediately upon receiving it. Honeybaby will only replace wrong items reported within 5 days.

  • Do you have a shop I can visit?

No. Honeybaby is an online shop managed by a fulltime mom :)

  • How do I wash/launder crochet hats?
